When can I get the Tracking Number?

Tracking Number usually takes 3-7 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days to update your tracking information. If you don't receive tracking number within 5 business days, kindly send us an email. If the tracking status is "not available" within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email too.

 

How long does the shipping/delivery take?

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the courier is already done loading your package on the plane, delivery time within the United States is 10-30 days after processing, and 12-30 days internationally as well. Please also take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like customs delays that we are not able to control on our end and there are also some delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.

 

Do you ship worldwide? Is it really free? 

Yes, it is absolutely FREE! We provide shipping to more than 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to deliver to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

 

Alternative delivery?

As long as the order has not been shipped from our facility, your order can be cancelled. If the order has already been shipped, it's no longer possible.

 

What should I do if the received item is damage?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product defects.

 

Can I get replacement for the damaged item?

Yes, within 7 days upon receiving the item. If the defect is valid, we will send another replacement to you.

 

If i cannot receive my order max. in 60 days what will happen? 

You will get a full refund if your order does not arrive within the delivery time promised.Your happiness is our first goal.

 

My item is significantly different from the description.What will happen?

If your item is significantly different from the product description, you can A: Return it and get a full refund, or B: Get a partial refund and keep the item.
